Workspaces & Teams

A workspace is your team's shared environment in Crafft. All projects, templates, assets, and credits belong to a workspace.

Personal vs. team workspaces

When you sign up, Crafft creates a personal workspace automatically. This is your private space — only you can see it.

You can also create or join team workspaces, where multiple members can collaborate on projects and share resources.

Switching workspaces

Click the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar to see all workspaces you belong to. Click any workspace to switch to it.

When you switch workspaces, the dashboard updates to show that workspace's projects, templates, and assets.

Creating a workspace

  1. Click the workspace switcher

  2. Click New Workspace

  3. Give it a name (usually your team or company name)

  4. Invite members

Workspace credit balance

Each workspace has its own credit balance. When generating, credits are deducted from the active workspace's balance. Make sure the workspace you're working in has enough credits before running large automations.

Personal workspaces use your personal credit balance. Team workspaces use the team's shared balance.

Folders and projects

Inside a workspace, you can organize projects into folders. Create folders for different clients, campaigns, or product lines to keep things tidy.

Folders can be shared with specific workspace members if you need to restrict access within the team.
