Inviting Members

Add your team to a shared workspace so you can collaborate on projects and share a credit balance.


How to invite someone

  1. Open Settings → Members from the sidebar

  2. Click Invite Member

  3. Enter their email address

  4. Choose their role

  5. Click Send Invite

They'll receive an email with a link to join. If they don't have a Crafft account yet, they'll be prompted to create one first.


Member roles

Role
What they can do

Owner

Full access — billing, settings, member management, all projects

Admin

Can manage members and projects, cannot manage billing

Member

Can create and edit projects within the workspace


Spending limits

You can set a monthly credit spending limit per member to control how many credits each person can use. This is useful for agencies managing multiple users on a shared workspace balance.

To set a limit:

  1. Go to Settings → Members

  2. Click the member's name

  3. Set a Monthly Limit in credits

Members who hit their limit cannot generate until the next month or until you increase their limit.

Removing a member

  1. Go to Settings → Members

  2. Click the member

  3. Click Remove from workspace

Removed members lose access immediately. Their previously generated content stays in the workspace.
