Canvas Overview

Projects in Crafft are your "Factory Floors."

A Canvas is where you wire AI models together to turn a single creative spark into a production-ready asset. Instead of a linear timeline, the Canvas uses a node-based system, allowing you to visualize and control exactly how your script turns into a finished video ad.

Key Concepts

  • Project: A single workspace or "Factory Floor" for your creative production.

  • Node: A "Station" that performs a specific action (generate image, extract frame, etc.).

  • Edge: The "Belt" that carries data from one station to the next.

  • Run: The process of executing your factory to produce results.

Why Visual Production?

Traditional production is hidden in complex menus and lists. The Crafft Canvas makes it transparent:

  • Build once, run always: Once you wire a flow, you can repeat it for different prompts.

  • Scale: Use the Foreman (Claude MCP) to feed your template with dozens of variations and watch the factory produce at scale.

  • Control: Inspect the output of every single node in real-time.
